Where is the mark on the iron barrel?

Jinqiao Packaging Manufacturer will talk to you about the common sense of the iron drum logo.

Corresponding product information, or company information, or the use of steel-plastic composite barrels will be placed in the corresponding places on the steel-plastic composite barrels. But where to mark the iron barrel? Is it at the top of the barrel, or at the bottom of the barrel? Why not on the barrel? Also, what method is used to mark the iron barrel? Molded, screen printed, or stencil printed? Or stamped on the steel plate with a die?

Logos have a time limit, and even products under the same company will change with the specifications and period of product production.

Now I would like to say that there is a unique way to do all the logos you want, which is to stamp the logo directly on the barrel before welding it.

This is a method of making drum signs that has many advantages for the cask producer, as well as for the cask user.
1. All drum marks are printed in one place (on the side of the drum body close to the weld), and you can find the relevant marks without turning the drum.

2. The iron drum logo is automatically stamped on the drum body just before the body is welded, so there is no need to compare the pre-molded lid with the drum body. Iron drums are not "proprietary" until they are welded, so there is little chance of error.

3. Logos can be easily and quickly changed by the welder operator, unlike stamping shops that require a full set of dies to change molded logos.

4. Logo dies are "off the shelf" parts so any future logos can be added cheaply.

5. The inner surface of the barrel remains flat after stamping. There are therefore no liner cracks or chipping points as would occur when molded into the lid.

6. Due to the use of molded lids, molded parts have been significantly reduced, and now the inventory of barrel lids has been reduced, and the sluggish and backward method of molded lid inventory in the past will be canceled.

7. Be flexible. Logo plates can be changed in about 20 seconds, so there is no need to schedule production in the stamping shop in advance to get accurate embossing on the lids.
